[Solved] Kobo Desktop new version required

Hi,
Kobo version 4.12.10173 was not detected as requiring a new version flagged as "important" by Rakuten.
Last version is 4.30.16653.

@GregAlexandre We have tried to fix this and added some more rules, however, we can't access Kobo dot com, and have been unable to do so for several days.
Can you inform us what the latest recommended version is?

Last version as displayed in kobo Desktop edition is:4.36.18636
