At the website (http://www.mitec.cz/hex.html) I see at top the name HexEdit.
In the title bar of the application I see the name MiTeC Hexadecimal Editor.
And in Help -> About I see the name HEX Editor.

So this is very consistent naming....

You should name the product MiTeC HEX Editor (including the vendor) because otherwise the name might not be unique.
