This is resolved now.
It was due to importing the .reg file which had only
C:\Program Files, C:\Program Files (x86) in inspectionPaths.
Onedrive was in C:\Users[user_name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive.
After adding C:\Users[user_name]\AppData\Local path to inspectionPaths it found Microsoft OneDrive.
Microsoft OneDrive 19.2.107.8 Ok

I like this design, which separates the Vulnerable softwares. Also anyway it can be non-browser based, like Secunia PSI, PatchmyPC, Sumo, Heimdal Pro etc. which are Installed and run when you start the PC? I always launch browsers in incognito mode and don't store any logins in browsers. For Vulndetect, i have to login every time if i want to look at the Applications dashboard.

Yes, I was referring to state being "Unknown" and Opera being "Untracked". I was under the impression that "OK" against any software means that the latest version as found in your database is on my PC. Typically Heimdal Pro (Thor Foresight), PatchmyPC, Sumo etc. generally turn in red, if latest version of a software is not found. I thought even Secunia PSI did that. Not sure if Secunia was checking for vulnerabilities alone.
